DF Chalk Talk

Chalk has proven himself as a wonderful companion, show horse and now, sire.  His accomplishments include Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Side Saddle, Hunter Pace, Working Cattle, Barrel Racing, Driving, Parades and Exhibitions. His intellect could easily earn him a place in Mensa and, coupled with his incredible willingness and work ethic, creates a horse that can, and will, do anything you ask of him.

Chalk's first foals arrived in 2006 and we couldn't be happier with them. Chalk definitely stamped his get and we're sure they'll be just as athletic and personable as Daddy!

Update: Chalk is the very first Drum Horse stallion to be inspected and licensed for breeding. His scores included 9's for his; Feet, Legs, Shoulder and Breed Characteristics. That's what we call building them from the ground up!

Abe Von Reh

Abe is a magnificent moving stallion standing 16.3 hands. He is currently training for dressage and is used as a school horse for intermediate and up riders. Though never tested for the red gene we do not believe he carries it since we have only produced black, bay and brown foals. When bred to paint mares and spotted draft mares we have foaled spotted babies about 85% of the time. He passes on his movement, fast and continuous mane and tail growth, as well as elegance. Don't take my word for it, visit our site to see pictures of all the foals he has produced to date. Let the pictures do the talking. It is very rare to find a stallion that has the consistency that Abe has. Visitors are welcomed with appointments.

Stud fee $950 LF ($650 with no LFG) - Live Cover Only
$12 per day mare care - dry only
